Did anyone find a headset on 643NK? I've called around the bases and checked the aircraft. It seems to have vanished into thin air. I hope that whoever removed it has simply been too busy to turn it in.

Occ director leaving after just a year and a half. I wonder if he couldn't do the job or he saw a systemic problem that prevented him from do his job?

They tried to a couple of years ago, but the local FSDO inspector (back when our POI was in DTW) argued that we needed them in case we needed to walk from the airplane to ops on the ramp. He wanted them to have a SIDA badge. That is why the pilots had them but not the FA's.

What kind was it? A buddy of mine found one but hadn't turned it in yet. He hasn't worked in a few days and there was no one to turn it in to.
