No one is saying that the top doesn't need to get theirs. What I hear is that the junior guys will not accept a "b-scale" wage while the senior guys get caught up to industry standard on DOS. The reality is that the bottom half of the captain pay scale needs the most improvement percentage wise.

Unf*':ing believable! "A little disappointed"... You've got to be kidding me. If I hear someone else say "Pathway to parity" one more time I'm going to...I'm going to...well I don't know what I'm going to do but it won't be pretty, I can tell you that. No sir! We have new FOs that can barely feed their family. We have younger and older pilots who have been on medical leave that can barely make ends meet.
Our illustrious leader, JA, has taken the time to meet with the new base chief pilots to ensure that everything to going smoothly. How about you take the time to talk to some of our crews that are trying to get by? How about you stop trying to get all cozy with management? How about you press the company to get a TA since we gave up our contract with nothing in return. This pilot group has worked hard to ensure the wheels keep turning and I don't think a TA is coming anytime soon.
Pathway to parity.....unbelievable!

The FO scale is equally far behind.

SCOPE LTD PAY RETIREMENT. Don't be fooled by some ****ty retirement match either. You leave money on the table. The contribution needs to be a defined percentage of all wages. No match DC combo either.

As for the open time, aint going to happen. Been there. They had no trouble filling open time with less surplus staffing while pilots were furloughed. We are comparatively very fat on pilots right now. Open time will ALWAYS be filled, so better move on to plan B.
Stop doing everyone else's jobs. Dispatch knows they need to file, ops knows paperwork needs to be delivered, fuelers know they need to pump gas, etc.
Quit worrying about fuel savings and lining BBB's pockets.

I know that the open time thing will not happen. I'm just saying that this is how you move things along. Otherwise, when the company gets around to caring about its employees, then we will see a TA.

Your kidding right. With this place, open time is like a pack of wolves attacking a wounded deer and then they wait for the next wounded deer to walk through the grass. Also, there will ALWAYS be the 'special' group that still gets special deals to go fly the open time that the average CA and FO's are not picking up as you are suggesting. The shenanigans with open time are still at an all time high, but yet I can't pick up a trip past 12p FLL time two days before.

That maybe true for ca but as an FO scheduling has called me 6 times since Thursday asking for me to pickup trips. That's twice a day folks for the past three days. I guess first year FO's just get it. Their time is worth more at home with family than going out to fly on days off. Glad I'm on days off or they would be flying my assss off and I wouldn't be getting squat for it if that was my reserve days! Speaking of reserve, I noticed they only had one reserve guy on the list. Last month they had like 6 reserve people. Did scheduling screw up their reserve manning for nov?

Did I miss an email or something? Was a TA announced or are we just jumping on rumors?

I hope I didn't miss anything.
