Why does it take 11 hours or more to process an open time request that should be totally computerized and take .000001 of a sec to do? Where is our union on this? ***?

New fleet plan posted today in the investor update. Shows 155 aircraft by end of 2021. Keeping 15 319s.

Seems smart to keep the 319's to open new markets.

Currently, 1,400 pilots and 87 planes.

1,400/87 = 16 pilots / 2 = roughly 8 crews per plane

With 155 aircraft, that's 2500 pilots. About 1100 left to hire in 5 years @ 220 per year averages 18.3 new hires per month. Hiring now at 20 or 22 new hires each month. Covering a little attrition maybe.

**This would/could dramatically change with pbs and/or Fornaro's reliability initiatives.
Their only hope is to increase FO pay by a very large margin to attract anyone

With bottom Captain running roughly 52% that would be around 1,300 on the list?

Maybe a bit more. Current pilots on property are about 1415. #802 is the JR Capt. I'm tallying that right around 55 to 56% of the pilot group are captains now.
