The other option is trying to pressure new hires to train in the middle of the night while getting some instructors to ***** out for those sessions

It will be interesting to see if this will work out if this is indeed what is planned. When I was in training (not that long ago), there were major issues with the FTDs being unreliable as well as a limited amount of sims. It looks like the training department will have some major work ahead of them. We had a class of 14 and were already bursting at the seams.
Lots of longs waits ahead for that single elevator and no stair access at the training center.

Why is pressure necessary? I don't think there is anything preventing them from building the schedule like that if they want.
