Why don't you go ahead and ask the NC what our CASM is, what our CASM would be if they gave us southwest's TA or united current contract, then ask them what that equates to in dollars.

The answer will prove that spirit can more than afford to pay it and still be wildly profitable. I urge you to get this information instead of going off of what you are conditioned by management to think.

Sorry, but this is nonsense. Our pay is just a small piece of the expenses of the airline. If you analyze the relationship you are describing a little more in debt, you will see how flawed this way of thinking is. But don't feel bad, you are not the only one who has the same false impression.

United 2015 Revenue $37.86 billion divided by 12505 pilots = $302,759
Spirit 2015 Revenue 2.14 billion divided by 1400 pilots = $1,528,571
