We should be talking 75/76 rates, not 320/73 rates, or at least an average of the two. In the past two years I saw a 321 on the ramp less than 5 times. In the last two trips, I have flown the 228 pax configured 321 four times. Routes that were previously 320 routes are now operated by the 321.

Okay. I pulled those numbers right off the profiles on this site. The point I was trying to make was NK is an outlier in major pay curve. Way out. Certainly wasn't holding JB or VX as pace setting contracts. They are on the same side of the curve as us.
At the risk of beating a dead horse, I really hope the NC has a pulse of the pilot group and sends us something very close to the average of JB and DL.
JB + 10% is nowhere near close enough.

If you do the math, Delta pay for every year on the FO and Capt pay scale for A320 is equal to about JetBlue pay+ 10%. So an average of the two scales would be less than the JB+10% you think is not enough.

I have no dog in the fight until I get lucky enough to get a job offer, but I hope you guys can get pull off Deltas pay scale

Do you expect work rules similar to JetBlue at DOS also....or just the pay?

I can't understand why a group of pilots who went on strike would expect rates comparable to a non-Union airline who's margins are less than ours. I'm sure our work rules are good but how much better are they than JetBlues?,

They are significantly better. JB's scheduling rules are basically the FAR's. Reserve callout is pot luck and assigned the day before, and they have PBS. I've seen some of my friends' schedules over there, and some of the stuff they get is not so good.

Not on the Fo side. JB new hires are 53% below DL and in the following years they are 25-23% behind. But yes, on the Capt side they are closer to the 10% mark. I stand corrected. I guess since I'm on the bottom end of the Fo scale those numbers just stuck in my head and no way is 10% above JB good enough on the Fo side.

It is not like our 13.5 hours 4 day trips are that awesome either. Yes, it is a 3 day with a red eye but it will knock me out for 4 days. So in my book that is a 4 day.

It is one thing that our rates are way below. (Not to mention we are flying 30% more people per plane.)

It is another that under normal circumstances, i.e. not whoring and trying to get MUP or 200%, you are happy if you get above 75-80 hours and still have 15 days off.

I am sick and tired of sitting 20 hours or more in hotels in crew bases. Every f in trip. DFW, LAS, ORD layovers. Give me a f in break!!!
