Have you boys and girls noticed that our new management is only spending money on tangible, transferable assets,... I.e. Airplanes, ground equipment, gates, simulators, ect. And nothing is being fixed like IT, HR, payroll or anything else that another airline would want or need. Everything that is happening around here being done to sugar coat a foul smelling turd. I laugh my ass of every time I hear some management dork say we are "here for the long term". We're gonna get bought, sold, merge ,acquired or chopped up into a yard sale. It's just a matter of when and who.

Yep, sooner or later it's coming. For better or worse, for us.

Not saying you're wrong but we did just hire chief intel guy and hired something like 10 payroll people this year alone. Plus, in the the last 6 months about 7 new people to crew train.

On another note, how has the NEO been behaving? I'm pretty sure I'm going to be flying it tomorrow. (today) Any major problems that always seem to plague new roll-outs?

I'm not that smart but we aren't "leasing" simulators to get bought by another airline, lol. We don't own the sims. Also, I've never seen an airline get "chopped up into a yard sale" that was as successful as we are.

. I guess the point I'm trying to get across is that we're a very small fish swimming around in a tank full of big sharks . Regardless of our financials we just a pathetically insignificant little jack off airline if you take a look at the "big picture". BTW I have heard that we are planning on buying some sims,... company's concerned about the reliability of the leasing company, I.E. If they shut down or don't renew service contracts were gonna be screwed. All the company cares about is keeping the planes flying and that's where they spend the money.

I've heard that rumor too. Don't know how true it is. I will say Spirit is their primary business. So I'd say as long as we continue to train like we are AFG will still be around.
