That's because the turnover rate in Mirimar, including IT, is close to 80% a year and no one stays around long enough to finish projects that need fixed.

To the OP, keep throwing darts each week. Maybe you'll get lucky and we have an intern cleaning up that day.

When applying to Spirit online... my application is apparently incomplete. The website says to keep hitting the next button until the "Thanks for applying page" shows. This page will not come up, I have entered all the required information, and I have tried on several different browsers. What is going on here?

Also, the website asks you to upload a file of your resume. I recently logged onto the application page and uploaded the most recent file of my resume. So now under my profile there is a file of my older resume and my most recent resume... however, there is no way that I can see to remove the old file.

Any info would be greatly appreciated, I feel like an idiot because this process should be simple but for some reason it is anything but simple.
Don't feel like an idiot. I tried to update my app and it would only show that I submitted in July. I think if you get the test you should have an app in. I worried about the same until they called me after the job fair in November. It's probably there.

"Why Spirit?"

Sandy said to us at the interview (granted, it was 3-4 yrs ago) that it's all about QOL because we don't have the best pay.

So use that. You want to live in base and have a good QOL. Play up the 4 day thing, and tell them you care about more than just money.

It's not that hard. I mean, why are you applying if you don't want to work here? And that's your answer, as long as it's not "free type rating."

If I don't get any bites, I can still retire here not on food stamps or a schedulers b!#¢h. As far as the contract goes, this group won't ratify a POS deal. It's going to get better. You do what you need to do to support your family and progress your career. As far as the why Spirit question... As long as you don't sound like a flight risk, I'm sure you'll be fine.
Well said. I think this is basically how every FO here feels.

Did you ever get an answer to your question? I had the same problem when I applied today. I kept hitting the next key, and it still asked me to fill out the required fields. I never got the "thanks for applying." Under "View submitted applications" it shows that I have applied, but I am curious to know if my application is complete. I also seem to remember having to take a test the last time I applied. I never received an email with a link taking me to the test.

The exact same thing happened to me. Everything indicates that I have completed the application except that the website will not move on to the "thanks for applying" page. However, I did receive the confirmation email saying that my application was complete, and I did take the test. Nevertheless, I am still being told that my application is incomplete.

I never said that I don't want to work at Spirit. I'm just trying to get some help on what I might be doing wrong with this application.

This should give you guys a good indication about what to expect if hired/employed by this company. True to form.
