If you are at a regional then I highly recommend getting the process underway. You are losing seniority every day you aren't on property. We will get a contract. Inside of 12 months from now is my guess. Then you'll be way too late and a dollar short. Going somewhere that your paycheck matches the name on the airplane is highly recommended and much more stable than any regional out there today.
12 months is laughable. What part of contract 2020 dont you get?

The 2 South American 319 birds are included in that and it looks like one lease expiration 319 will be purchased.

It won't be 12 months, but 2020 is even more laughable. Do you really think the mediator will allow the company to play games with the economic sections for 3+ more years? GMAFB.

If they drag this out 3 years they will be losing pilots at a rate they will need to defer order. Stop orders and the stock price tanks, price tanks and they all lose there jobs. Bob Bendo and Jryi will play ball this year out of self preservation.

Last winter the 1st year # was $70/ hr. We are going for industry-standard though / United +1% and I think a recent APC search revealed mid $80s 1st year United / Delta.

Job fair not mandatory, but if you are serious, I would hit up one.

Nuice!! Now did you notice if those extra 3 are 19s, 20s, or 21s? Is the 321NEO column still blank?

Whether it's a current lease, purchased, new order, stolen, as long as my butt has the potential of flying it, I'm happy to see the total number rise.
