Company then knee jerked out an existing list, full of errors, with the pathetic "Guess some of you didnt get this, we sent it on the 10th." Lies lies lies...nobody got it, it was never sent.

So now we are on revision 3 of the list and it still isnt correct.

Maybe someone can explain to me why GM and VC are on the seniority list when it was decided, in arbitration, that International Chief Pilot and Fleet Chief Pilot are the same as Easter Bunny and Santa when it comes to official positions, they aren't. Off the list and don't ever think of flying a yellow Spirit Airbus...
It says those are non flying positions. They were hired as pilots then put in management positions. Like all the base chiefs. The ones kicked off were jyri, Dancaster because they were never hired as pilots but straight management.

Some current employees weren't even on the seniority list. Can't imagine how that could happen.

I've noticed it's grown by 20 or so in the last 24 hours.

Prepare for another revision. The new hires show hired in November 2017! not February. Trying to get them to be on first year pay for 1 year 10 months I guess. Haha

Seems par for the course. The incompetence down in Miramar is overflowing. They're trying to be a big-boy airline using a regional mindset and failing miserably. Ever try getting an answer out of most of the departments...good luck! They move from one incompetent mistake to the next with bumbling consistency. Now, in all fairness, the low-level employees down there are only working with the tools provided. This is a failure of upper and in some cases, middle management.

I understand the satisfaction associated with progression, but please don't sugar coat the fact we've been at this for nearly 2 years in the best negotiating environment..... The lost wages & compounding income potential of said wages hurts. BIG TIME. Yuuuuuge. We need to keep the keep the pressure up on both the company & the negotiating committee with what we expect.

Edit: second reading of your post could be interpreted as just news reporting.... I don't know the intent of your post...

I get you're ****ed, as are many of us but it I simply said 2 sections were TA'd and a 3rd is close. That's probably exactly what the union email will say as well. It's news reporting. I didn't sugar coat anything.

You going to remind me what I went through last contract? You've been here how long? The start of these negotiations?

Really? You going to remind me what I went through last contract? You've been here how long? The start of these negotiations?
I realize that, hence the edit. For some reason couldn't delete the post. I read a bit much into your post.... No need for the chest beating as to how we got our current contact.

Edit: vocabulary is everything, you could have said 'only' sections 5 & 23 TAd, thus implying your dissatisfaction with progress, but you didn't. Most pilots I fly with are displeased with the progress. Are you? And I couldn't give two rats asses when you were hired, I care about where this pilot group is going, not where we were.
