However section 9 should look like big boy airlines section 9. Also, anyone else notice the horrifically low moral in the training department lately?

So harassing employees isn't how to run a successful business? I'd still love to see the results of the survey and specifically the comments from employees.

But according to our management we would "break the company" if we were paid the same as everyone else.

Some of you instructors act like the job sux. Really? Then why are you doing it? If you like to access DOT and IOT, then join the rest of the line swine.

Or maybe you guys like the special status you gain by being part of the training department.

"The company said its fuel costs went up 20.3 percent to $21.3 million compared to the same period last year because it increased its fuel consumption by 14 percent after a rise in flight volume over the year. The company raised its cost per available seat mile in the fourth quarter "driven primarily by higher other operating expenses and salaries, wages" and other factors."

Fuel cost went up? Think it might have something to do with running the APU all the time and two engine taxis, not shutting down one at the gate until external is hooked up. Idiots.
Cost per seat mile raised due to salaries, not our salaries that's for sure. Maybe managements 50% increase in bonuses to themselves.

Ted Christie was talking about cost headwinds for 2017. A new pilot contract was not on the list.
