Reality reminder - Reserve guys don't need to be on the SA list to get plenty of calls. Just answering the phone a couple of times will almost guarantee at least a couple calls per week and who's really going to blame a first-year FO for answering on occasion, even now?

I know $38.50 an hour sucks...but its preaching to the choir. We all went through it and came out the other end and we all knew what the pay was to being hired here.

Dont like $38 an hour, stop helping the company for 200% at $76 an hour when that should still be a little less than your starting pay as a 1st year FO.

At $38 an hour, you have to be better off dropping flying and finding a side gig doing anything else. I know I did...was not worth flying for that pay.

Not a dig, but first year pay is a reason to have your drinks, coffee and an occasional meal paid for by your CAs (something that doesnt happen enough here)....it isnt a reason to not tip a van driver (something I see too much) or work overly hard for an unappreciative company.

How about I just send a check to your parent's basement? Just make sure you wear a helmet and watch out for paper cuts.

You could use a freshening up of your material.

Well... RSV guys shouldn't be on the standing available list. Sr people on RSV manage to get themselves on the list and they are willfully violating the contract. That's easy to prove.

You mad brah?
It's called having a nice gesture with a fellow pilot, I was not expecting a free meal or a free beer from all the captains that I flew with, but a few guys offered to pick up the tab. A big thank you to those guys.

It's a wonder some of you don't get a call for interviews. I work with idiots...

Fly the contract, don't bend it

Tip your van driver, I honestly can't believe I'm typing this! The going rate is a dollar per bag btw.

If you are a captain and buying coffee with the fo, pay for his!!! If you are going to make a coffee run, at least by the lead coffee!

I just don't see the delta folks having these same conversation on their side of the board...
