I understand the memos but my question was now that my block and credit are significantly below guarantee (because of vacation) will I still get 200% if I pick up volunteer flying and/or holiday flying? That was not addressed in the memos. Historically speaking you only start to get extra credit when your block reaches guarantee... Anyone know for sure?

Volunteer only applies to days off or greater time above a swapped trip getting 200% where holiday is all original awarded time that touches the holiday. That is how I read it but I could be wrong.

Again, this doesn't address my question. I'm talking a swap. Not a pickup. Normally if you swap you get 200% on the additional flying. So my question is if you swap (not pilot trade) from a trip that doesn't touch a holiday into a trip that has the same credit but touches a holiday is it A. No 200% or B. All 200%.

ORIGINALLY AWARDED. Jesus. How dense are you? When you swap, are you originally awarded it? Do you not understand what the word original or awarded means?

If they aren't going to give you holiday Pay for picking up MORE flying then why in the world do you think they would reward you for just moving it around.

No clue. Call your chief pilot.

Couldn't find that specific scenario you were talking about or if it only applied to final masters. Thanks for clarifying. Enjoyed the chat.

From now on if anyone asks about another stupid holiday memo scenario, a baby seal is going to get clubbed. Call the company or cp.

The answer is C. Volunteer 200% (time greater than original trip, days off)

If you have a 2 day on Monday and Tuesday of Thanksgiving week and swap into a 3 day on Monday-Wednesday(now touches Thanksgiving), you get whatever qualifies for volunteer 200% (again, time greater than first trip, or day off). You do not get Holiday bonus 200% for the whole trip. It wasn't ORIGINALLY AWARDED.

Honestly, if you think I feel bad about my response because you added your whole name, then you're wrong. Putting your name on it doesn't make it a less stupid question.
