We took no joy in Xjet or Eagle losing planes to other carriers. Just the nature of this nasty industry. However, when the shoe is on the other foot, you guys (Eagle and Xjet) seem genuinely happy to see us losing planes. It's kinda sickening to see your true character in times like this. Incidentally, we are focusing on staffing the American side at the expense of the United side...it's more lucritive apparently. I'm sure United isn't happy about it.

Also, those CQFO's seem to move on to better jobs as quickly as they get hired. Apparently, just getting that PIC 121 time on your resume says a lot. Even the people that only have 30 hours PIC move on. So, it worked out for them. FWIW, I never was a fan of our company implementing the CQFO program.

And Commutair will have the same problems we have, unless they start parking airplanes.
Not sure why you are so happy, you are still losing the planes and shrinking.

I have read the posts. No one was happy about Eagle and XJT losing planes. That is a flat out lie. What I do remember is you being a complete a$$ clown since day one. I can clearly see its in your nature. And yes, actually a lot of guys did leave both companies for the CQFO program. Some are already at United. I'm sure they're happy about the move.

I suspect we will continue to struggle with staffing unless the company can get some kind of preferential interview with its mainline partners, or we will have to pony up with bonuses again. UAL obviously recognizes the need for a path to mainline for its regional partners to staff in its deal with Commutair. I expect to see this follow at other UAX carriers.

Well your math is off, because we only have 8 more UAX planes to staff and the next allotment was 36 aircraft, so if they were getting 10 from us that would be 46.
And Commutair will have the same problems we have, unless they start parking airplanes.

No one was boasting. The only time people were defending the growth was when XJT/ENY pilots came on here to tell us how terrible of people we all were for getting the flying even though not a single concession was made in a decade.

So, somehow you now know the private agreements between United and two privately owned companies. As Joe pilot. Nope. You are clueless
