Amen to this! Everyone would be nice, pat him on the ass and wish him well if he wasn't being a total Richard in the process. If you want to trash the company, awesome, we all have our moments, but don't spread lies and doom and gloom rumors to make yourself look better.

You cannot fault someone for taking a chance on something they believe in. Not only that but there are always two sides to every story even if the ceo of the company did make a mistakes in the past maybe he wants to move the company in a positive direction today and has learned from his mistakes. If none of us took risks we wouldn't be flying airplanes in the first place. I don't know why anyone would be disgruntled and post bad things about another pilot on an open forum for the world to see? A genius (spelled wrong)? blowhard? I thought we are professionals? The professional thing to do is not trash talk other people instead hope they achieve the hopes and dreams that they are trying to achieve. I personally know the pilot that is being discussed here and I can tell you he has more sincerity, loyalty and kindness in him than any person that I have ever met. Not only that he is one of the best pilots I had the pleasure of working with. To get on one of these forums and beat someone up verbally is just wrong. I will tell you this much the person that is being talked about saw this post and has the maturity and the professionalism not to respond to it.

Not as long as you I'm sure because you seem to be the genius here. Its bad form?? Ha and it's not bad form to run your mouth online? So what if the guy made a huge mistake with ADI? Whats it to you? If his presence in the crew room bothered you so badly then why not speak up like an adult. Regardless its all irrelevent at this point. Youre happy, hes happy. We are all winners.

I said the exact same thing! I've heard things he "promised" people, and the things he was saying about ADI. It was a real head scratcher, an I couldn't figure out if he really truly believed what he was saying, or if he was just BS'ing.

As I hear more about him, and the things he said, I think he truly believes it's going to be the cat'a pajamas over there. It's just too bad he is going to be taking people down with him.

As to his flying skills, I've heard stories that would raise concern, but I'll leave that for another day.....

All I'm saying is what I've heard him say, and what I've heard about him in the airplane, I would stay away.
