If you don't meet the mins to upgrade, you're not being bypassed. No bypass pay. When you reach upgrade mins, you upgrade at your seniority, possibly bumping a CQFO into the right seat.

Well, a CQFO is right seat but I hear what you're saying I just don't want people reading this and thinking that anyone can be bumped to FO once upgraded. They can't, but yes what you wrote is correct.

I don't believe that's how the contract reads. Once a CQFO makes captain, they don't lose it. However their seniority will continue to take a hit as FOs upgrade.

What that doesn't show is the amount of daily departures. You could operate 1 flight daily and have good performance.

That is your argument back? Really? It must suck that the lowly, scummy, TSA is beating everyone right now. To be honest, looking at FT Web on a daily basis, I thought our performance was sucking this month.
