Also something that was interesting, if you are bypassed for a few months by CQFOs. You will receive bypass pay (captain pay) as an FO. Senior FO on captain pay, not a bad gig! The company has no interest in dishing out extra money, so they will be doing their best to upgrade current FOs who meet the mins first.

That is very true although I'd postulate that they are headed for Compass. On the other hand, I have a feeling TSH won't have 3 certificates by the time they show up.
