No...I came on this forum to help future TSA pilots. But people like you come on this forum and ruin it. None of your posts has helped any new hires. All you have done is fired shots at CB, Mav, and myself. I'm done going head to head with you. If you want to have questions answered about the company, then I'll gladly answer them.

Just because I won't condemn Lidos solely because they cost the company less is not a "concession."

They've said critical things about this company as have I. Just because I say things that could be seen as favoring the company does not mean I'm a Cheerleader. You want to see cheerleaders? Go over to the Mesa thread and listen to every single one of them talk about how amazing their company is and how they are a for sure yes vote without even setting the contract. Have to pay $500 for your own ipad? "Well I like it because I can put my own stuff on it. " Lowest paid pilots in the industry? "Listen guys, JO told us they have tiny margins. They can't pay us more so why ask?"

Was on a TSA jump seat the other day and saw that you guys don't even use your loaned iPads. When I asked, they crew said half of the people can't figure out how to interpret the charts. Really? Is it that slow of a pilot group or are you guys just trying to get jeeps pushed through?

We are prohibited from using the ipads for charts during flight until FAA authorizes it. Also, none of the ipads have the subscription anymore because Lufthansa made a new app which apparently has to go back through our lovely POI to get certified. It took 2 years for the POI to sign off using personal headsets. See the problem?

Yeah, I think I see the problem. I also heard that there is a 50% turn over rate of CQFOs. Is this accurate? If so, it doesn't speak to well for TSA. I mean if guys are bailing after 5 months on property, something must be wrong. How do you guys plan on growing when you can't even keep new hires on property for a year. Also, this probably won't help attract any new CQFOs.
