We have at least 9 on property.

**Correction: We have 9 on the certificate and up to 11 or 12 on property.

Tsa will be getting all 15 and up to 15 more after. They will probably abandon the United contract before letting go of the more lucrative AA contract.

TSA is two years. XJT is 4 years. CPZ is 6 years. PDT has no CPA like us.

Don't tell that to PDT guys, they're excited about getting old planes nobody else wants.

The reason we don't have a base in LGA is the difficulty in recruiting flight attendants for what we pay. Pretty difficult to live on what we pay a flight attendant in New York.

AWIS and RAH have hub bases in major cities, and RAH has many problems due to outstation bases. PDT is going to hub basing with the 145s when they open a Philly base.

Republic gets around out station basing by building five hour sits into every trip and reassigning crews as necessary. Essentially line holders are basically sitting hot reserve unpaid during a five hour sit. The only catch is getting them on the phone. Republic FAs, however, are required to answer calls from scheduling during these sits and Republic tried to slip it into the pilot contract with the last TA.

I think the point he was making was if TSA could choose which flying would be going away, it'll be some of the old United flying. I don't think anyone thinks or wishes any of the flying would go back.
