I've explained myself over and over. Your ignorance to accept facts doesn't change anything. One of the highest 50 seat rates. One of the highest per diem. International override. Nearly the best health care language. Highest starting FO rates.
Again, vote no PBS without a min day. With commuter hotels, min day and maybe even an increase in days off, it makes it one of the best regional contracts if not the best out there.

No there's something else, you are personally vested somehow to being a company stooge. Otherwise you wouldn't go out of your way to make yourself look like this on the forum, you would just not post. Still trying to figure out your angle. You think Tsa management will like us more, maybe give us the MRJ if we give in?
I supposed I could always be like you. "100k FO rates! Delta + 7! Profit sharing or bust! It's not the best unless it's 20% higher than the other best!" Is it hard spitting out unintelligent drivel?

That's me! Company stooge! I'll put on my clown hat and dance around the STC singing the junior man song. "Ha ha. I screwed you. Grieve it because I hate pilots. Don't you too?"

Can you post the TA so that we can corroborate your assertion that it would be one of the best contracts in the industry?
You keep saying ours is industry leading but have yet to point out exactly how so. How is it industry leading? Nearly industry leading isn't good enough and this extension agreement isn't even close to being leading in any category. I've read the contracts for Air Wisconsin, ExpressJet and SkyWest and worked under one of them. Compared to what we have, they are undeniably better. Better pay and/or work rules and/or stronger language. These should be our goal. We won't get an agreement as good as these contracts but there is zero reason our pilot group and our negotiating committee should aim for less.
Without a min day, trip/duty rig, significant reserve improvements, the addition of commuter hotels and stronger and more clear cut language in our current contract we aren't leading or nearly leading anything. We're average at best. We can do better.

This is what I was trying to tell breezy and others on this thread. You have an average contract now. If you want industry leading, you will have to match Air Wisconsin's contract witch has improvements in their current TA.
By the way, don't be fooled with Skywest's pay rates. They are better but they lack a lot in their work rules.

I'm not saying the two should be the same. But I'd rather be a delusional imbecile who thinks their profession is worth more than another regional idiot continuing to degenerate this job with a smile on their face. Most if not all of these so called "industry leading" TA's still leave FO's struggling to take home the low end of $30K/year. How do you find this acceptable? Please save the, "my regional is not viable or competitive if they have to pay pilots more" speech. These airlines are making more money than ever before and are meanwhile asking you to take concessions on already pathetic and despicable wages. Instead of applauding it on here as "its $0.38/hour higher than the next best paying regional" you should be condemning it. It just goes to show you how smart airline executives really are though. Throw some pennies at pilots and they trample over each other to sign the dotted line. I really wonder at what point people like you would finally vote no
