Unless it's the go home leg, I don't try to do anyone's job. If scheduling is messing up or crew doesn't show for a DH, I just go about my business as long as I get to the destination and the crew is there. It's not my job to run scheduling and the airline, even though it seems like that's all we do. I don't get these guys that are stalking their FOs.

Anybody with a prediction on the TA today? I'm saying it passes, narrowly. Most of the Senior guys I talked to were voting for it. Seems like most of the no guys were 2012-2014 hires.....

At first I thought the same, but now I think it doesn't pass. It will be close either way. Does anyone know when we'll have the results?

Thats what I was thinking a couple of weeks ago. But the more people I've talked to over the last few days I'm thinking it passes by a hair.

Balloting closed at 10 am EST. Its electronic so I'm sure it will be pretty fast. This afternoon sometime.
