Whats the pay scale for CQFO after the first year? Tried looking for it on the website but cant find it.

It is a blended rate: The average between 1st year Captain and FO pay.

To clarify the previous post, its a blended (average) rate at each year pay step. So the second year blended rate is $50.60/hr (Average of second year CA and FO ).

Live in base, last five months got my first choice in bidding, and sometimes getting dropped for ioe with 25 days off and 95 hours of credit. Yup life is good.

That's not how everyone is. The folks in IAD right now are pretty upset with min days off and low credit.

yeah I heard it was the first time in a while that people weren't able to drop any trips.

I tried calling scheduling but it was a cluster on the east coast and was put on hold...I'll wait for them to call for my reserve schedule
