I believe they just transferred some new hires into IAD. The latest class got iad and stl, however the past couple months before that everyone was getting assigned to rdu.
It goes in cycles. Iad had been pretty stagnant last fall and through the winter, right now people are getting it right out of training or within a month or two. It's hard to tell how it will be when you get here. RDU is the most junior base overall. Denver is the most senior. IAD, STL and ORD have people that have gotten out of training within the past couple months.

Are they still hiring for CQFO? Im turboprop 135 current with 5000+ hrs in turbine aircraft (King Air, etc) and I am also the chief pilot/check airman. Do I have good chance of getting a CQFO spot?

Of course there is another thing to consider. Learning a new type, New operation, and the expectation that you perform to PIC standards. No small task. Doable, but you must really be up for the challenge

The answer is still the same. No, they will not hire you as a CQFO coming from 135.

If thats the case it may be because of the items ive mentioned already. The FO will be expecting the CQFO to be a solid CA. Nothing worse than flying with a CA thats all butts and corner arms

Company policy? Not too versed in the nitty gritty, but to some extent 135 counts (at least regulatory).
