The pilot group voted in 0 concessions to get these planes. If anything our past few contracts have been significant gains. Our contract and 50 seat rates were some of the best in the industry at the time we were awarded the flying. On top of that, our pilot group just voted down a TA because we didn't believe it was enough, and was not raising the bar for the industry high enough.
Oh yeah, and there was this time about 10 years ago when our pilot group stood up for the industry, said enough was enough, and demanded fair pay and work rules to fly 70 seat jets.... Our company responded by taking the planes away that should have been ours, and created an alter ego known as Gojet. Where pilots jumped ship from here and other airlines to get paid LESS to fly a bigger shinier jet. Thus setting the entire industry back quite a few steps.

Your contract allowed those airplanes to be flown by another carrier and the company called your bluff and started another carrier!!! Oh and wasn't it staffed by TSA pilots to start with? So you cannibalized each other with TSA pilots. So blame your union and ALPA!!! This is not different than our contract at XJT allowing you to take our flying!! No body crossed a picket line to fly those AC at G7 so I don't understand what you are crying about!! Its called scope language and your contract lacked it!! So just like today your are getting airplanes tomorrow they can be flown by a current regional or another regional could start up and take them. Get over yourself you fly for TSA its not like its a place to be proud of. Dont forget "No Alter Eagle Jet" you still have plenty of stains at TSA!!!!

HAHAH so a contract is only hourly rates??? Come on I know you are smarter than that. Its called soft pay/duty regs and benefits in which your contract is terrible and at the bottom of the industry!!!!!!! Cant handle the truth buddy!!! Hate to say it but TSA is marginal better than Mesa and even your sister companies contracts blow yours out of the water now!!!

G7.
Your contract is allowing skywest to pull CRJ flying from xjet, and shuffling it to skywest, meanwhile downgrading captains to CQFOs...
And the no alter ego jet- that was over planes and routes that tsa and Chautauqua were operating for TWA under Trans World Express. They were butt hurt after the merger that that flying didn't automatically become theirs... Though it did end up getting shuffled to Eagle (and back and forth several times).... You know, how planes are shuffled from company to company in this regional pyramid scheme. Oh, and didn't you guys get a bunch of Eagle's 145s too??? Well according to your logic that keeps you on par with the scum of the earth like us and g7.

Nobody crossed a picket line to go to g7 thanks to the RLA and not being allowed to strike. Yes, g7 was staffed with former TSA pilots.... That's the whole *******ing issue. They jumped from TSA to get paid LESS to fly a bigger jet. Every company, xjet included (especially on the LASA side) was hurt by those individuals that jumped to
G7.

You made my point once again for me!!! Your contract allowed it so stop ****ing and moaning!! You are at TSA who has done just as unjust things as G7 and other regionals in the industry. To be honest I don't think anybody at any regional is scum of the earth what I was trying to do is bring you and a few of your fellow comrades at TSA who are always on this thread trying to dog others back to reality. You are not at a company that has a great past so you don't have room to talk when it comes to dogging other regionals!!!
