They must have gotten dumped by their girlfriends OR enough senior guys properly assessed that top 30% of SFO 787 gets some of most productive flying in company...

If you can't hold the 777 - 300 you are flying early show late out 2 day domestic transcons......Or the HNL-GUM 6 day.

IAH is also west of the Mississippi too .......and thats going to be an unpredictable, yet predictable blood bath.

Still They will displace down to optimum probably for next summer. So most likely a late spring tweak or next fall is my prediction.

So reserve isn't bad if you live in base since you get a mix. Does the 777 fly to Europe out of SFO?

Depends on the time of year. With the 747 leaving, we'll do more. It has been LHR, sometimes CDG. We will get at least FRA year round. Others seasonally.

As far as no bumps into SFO 777? Lots of domestic 2 day non-commutable trips. 2-day HNL not commutable. 6-day Guam is only 30 hrs. Not efficient flying, and not commutable. Things will change. Probably go back to AKL next summer, we have HGK now, but with the SIN tag.

Flying is changing a lot, and for the last year, not for the better. It should get better going forward.

AKL will be all Sparkie next winter and still seasonal. SIN, SYD, and TLV trips should make the decision elementary for a senior 400 type on where to go next, but there's always the other family in Hong Kong to consider.
