I think you're right. The guy bidding GUM CA on the last displacement is going to training mid-June.

I just got home from Tumon Bay last night. Dulles has a 7 day Guam trip and it typically shows up in open time 2-3 times per week. It's not a bad trip...but it is very tiring. I just woke up at 2pm today...my dog kept pawing at me because she thought I was dead.

No I did not...id like to try that. The Captain had done it before and he said they brought a bunch of Mahi back and had it cooked at one of the restaurants. He said it was a ripoff what they paid the restaurant...but said the trip was fun. I go back on Wednesday....maybe scout it out then.

If I was one of the bottom 18 pilots on the 787 CA list in SFO Id be getting my finances ready for 756 CA pay......non of those 18 can hold left seat Widebody any where in the system. Of the 12 FOs that bumped into 787 CA in SFO I wouldn't spend that pay bump yet. But I'm sure every single one of those pilots bumped into that seat with another bump in mind.....

37 SFO 787 CA bids in the last 2 displacements.......another 63 IAH 787 CAs, 64 SFO 747 CAs and 23 LAX 777 CAs to go. That of course doesn't count the IAH 777 CAs that will be bumped in AUG and of course the FOs on those fleets that have CA seniority.
