Not many can. But in Hoss's defense, look at his picture. He doesn't look real bright.

You grabbed the wrong quote -- I'm definitely NOT the twin.

At the Chicago airports you don't have the Chicago Police Department. They are Chicago Department of Aviation POLICE OFFICERS. They're not security guards and they certainly are not United employees.

The thing is that the public today is entitled. That's the reason this happened.

Let's look at the facts:

1. It wasn't a United airplane, it was a Republic airplane.
2. The passenger was asked at least a dozen times to deplane by the crew, agents, and then the police officers.
3. Regardless of is you bought a ticket or not, that airplane is still private property. It's not your seat and it sure isn't your airplane.

The man had every right to complain with United, the airport, the DOT or whoever else he wanted to at the ticket counter. When you refuse to deplane when asked you are in violation of the LAW. When a police officer asks you multiple times to deplane you are in violation of the LAW. The man was injured because he resisted when those officers went to grab him in order to remove him. They didn't shove his face in the armrest, they went to pull him and when because he resisted he smacked his face into the armrest.

Could have the situation been handled better by the staff and the officers? Sure. There's a million different ways this could have been handled.

Is United at fault for this person having his face smashed into the armrest? Absolutely not.

Most people don't like the facts because they like drama and they like to play the victim role. Big bag United versus poor Asian doctor. Yeah ok...

Name-calling usually doesn't add much to the discussion, but sometimes it adds some good irony.

Asked to deplane? Yes, that's were the busted face came from. Do you think the entire plane full of people should still be sitting there waiting for him to respond to the cops' polite requests?

To answer your question, seems over the top, but I'm not going to convict without seeing the evidence. Sorry if that morally outrages you.

No it doesn't outrage me at all. You're the one that has trouble admitting that what the cop did to this guy is wrong without adding stipulations. Thats part of the reason why the CEO got destroyed in public opinion.

As far as the racism part the only way to scientifically prove the cop was racist is to recreate the scenario with 4 hot blondes and 8 gentiles and 3 asians. If he breaks the faces of 3 asians while being gentile with the others then I will forfeit this internet argument with you. (Sarcasm)

So should they still be sitting there waiting?
