Good point!

The A-350 is coming May of 2018. But it will be fenced to only Jet Blue hires after the merger. The training center will not be finished as a training center. The remaining unfinished portions are being converted to a prison for very naughty Victoria Secret Angels. I have a class dates for a guard position.

There are going to be 2,000 new pilots hired next year. You will not be one of them.

The A-380 is definitely coming in 2019 with 500 solid orders. Only pilots with the letters A or Z in their initials will be allowed to bid it though. I heard all of these while playing quarters with Oscar and Scott at the top secret TK Weenie fest in Costa Rica last week.

You can take all of this to the bank.

Updated August 16, 2017
Through our May 2, 2017 Basic Indoc (BI) class, we have added 253 new hire pilots to the family. We have also welcomed back 41 furloughed pilots and 22 pilots who had been out on leaves of absence, for a total of 316 new/returning pilots so far this year.

These 316 pilots are now helping us fly our summer block hours and we have taken a break from BI classes for the summer months. We have 153 pilots in our new hire pool.

As decisions are made on our future fleet plan, we will ultimately have a better idea of what the Fall of this year looks like for hiring, as well as 2018, so stay tuned.

We also just posted the planned class dates for January through through April.

As always, plans are subject to change and we will update this site with any significant modifications.
