You guys totally miss the point of this thread. If I wait until official word is out from those who do the hiring, then what good is it and what will we have to fight about?
Furthermore, it's tough to read these boards, or talk to someone, who speaks like they're so dumbfounded with what the company is doing when mgmt has so clearly telegraphed it. The problem is dudes can't get over their cognitive bias, and then they spew out their perpetually negative misinformed view of everything. Meanwhile the poolies, hopefuls, and the bottom few % are left to read and wonder if they should go somewhere else because United is all doom and gloom when that is most certainly not the reality.
On the flip side, I've received enough PMs to know there is some positivity amongst the group...the positive ones are just lurkers.
You guys do know we've been interviewing the XJT CPP dudes throughout the summer right?

[QUOTE=webecheck;2443512]None, in my third year like already stated, but none of that means I'm unable to do an analysis. If one's argument is based on past performance and not present data, you can easily see the flaw. This is investing. Investing in equities, housing, careers, futures, etc. Present and forward looking data, not past.[/QUOTE
after reading several of your posts, I have determined you have no idea what you're talking about. But please, tell us more about how we should interpret your opinion.

Mgmts in general would do better to set low expectations and then exceed them, poor mgmts seem to do quite the opposite, quite frequently.
