Yeah, if like to hear what the guesses are for junior Cap over these 4-5 bids.

IF the 320 rumor comes true my guess is 10,500ish after the last bid closes. So end of 2013 hire.

Your dreaming on that one. Lots of senior guys that have been on the sidelines waiting. Will definitely be way closer to 9000.

I think he was referring to those in the top half of the seniority list. There are numerous reasons not to take a narrow body Captain bid. Family, quality of life, money, seniority, sanity are a few that come to mind.

Yup.

Folks should take a peek at the 50th percentile for each BES (base, equipment, and seat) to get a feel for the seniority distribution at the airline.

In contrast, the bottom 5% of each BES is “junior”—- both relatively and by definition.
