sorry thumbsup, I don’t believe you are correct, then again I don’t have anything definitive to prove it. It sounds like you do though. Could you point us in the correct direction of this publication? Or quote it from somewhere?

I have no idea where you are getting your information, but this is completely wrong. Talk to anyone in the last few classes. Happened a few weeks ago as well...down to the final 3 people with 2x 737 CA and 1x 320 FO....the 3rd from bottom wanted 320FO but ended up with 737CA because the 8 ball wasn't eligible for a CA slot

if you had 999 hrs of 121 time on day one of indoc with no other qualifying time you would not be eligible

I can’t link or attach it, but don’t you work at TK? HFPD puts it out, just ask them for it. The current version is V1.2024. I wouldn’t say that’s proof, but it is in conflict with the bidding guide. I certainly hope if someone is getting an aircraft awarded out of seniority order has contacted the union for clarification.
