My suggestions are: 1) Be honest, but also realize that you are interviewing for a job. Don't say anything that would cause a head tilt or red flag. 2) Tons of gauge out there, seek it out. Have a bank of questions/answers in your pocket already to go. 3) Use the STAR format when answering and try to end the answer on some sort of positive note or what you learned from the situation.

As for the Tech. part, just learn the profile when it's sent. And definitely look up the gouge on some of the questions asked during that portion. No true gotchas, but some things that you may have just tucked away in the back of your memory. And stress during an interview will not be the best time for recall.

This is just my two cents

Which job did you go with?

How do I get my app scored or looked at? What triggers are there?

Submitting your application gets it scored. Getting it looked at is based on your score. Update often.

And fer all that's holy, make sure you have a professional aviation counselor look over your application before you send it in. It will not be error free and the small cost of having them check it over will almost certainly increase your score.

Looks like great info. Do you possibly have that spreadsheet in a higher resolution or larger version? Can't read that one.

If you're a UAL pilot, the info is available on CCS.
