More days off for the first few years at SW. Once you get on the widebody way less work at UA. I have been on a WB since About 2.5 years on property and have never worked more than about 10-12 days a month. That includes a commute from Denver.

Guys that were hired in this latest wave should have substantially lower upgrade time. Probably in the 5-7 year range presuming we stick with the numbers being thrown out.

Changing my response. Looks like 2nd yr pilots will likely see the 777 this yr. Can’t wait for that snapshot tomorrow!
