My fellow pilots that throw their uniform in the wash at home rather than have it professionally cleaned and expensed to the company per our contract.

My fellow pilots that think it's ok to be in a non-downtown location on a 15 hour overnight but won't take a cab and expense it back to the company.

People that don't buy the inflight entertainment on long dead heads that the company will reimburse.

I'm sure the list could be longer......just **** and learn the new system, otherwise the company is getting what they want....a cheaper contract.
I wouldn't let that stuff bother you. Whatever folks do is what they do. You control you, and mentor others when the opportunity rises.

I have a good friend is a professional hitting instructor. He offers his knowledge and then steps back. His two take-aways that help him cope with the lower echelon craniums: 1. It's not my job to teach the world to hit a baseball. 2. Stay in my lane, every time I venture out of my lane I risk a collision. The resulting collision (disagreement) is not worth my time or aggravation.

Does this system have a history prompt showing expenses submitted and paid?

Are we supposed to use this Concur system to claim middle seat deadhead pay?

I tried it and got a “sent back to employee” email that stated I needed to resubmit the claim with an “itemized receipt to identify what was purchased.” WTF does that mean? I attached the boarding pass and pairing info.

Anyone else having issues with dry cleaning reimbursement? My receipts are recently getting rejected for not having the word "uniform" on them. I guess gone are the days where I could just submit a picture of my bank withdrawal.😑

I write uniform on the receipts and never had an issue.

Same here.

You have to tell the dry cleaners to put that word somewhere on the receipt. I’ve used a couple different cleaners recently and they’ve both had different procedures for placing that on the receipts but they can do it.

Is this a recent thing? I’ve never had the word uniform on mine, although it does say navy pants and white shirt.

I really don’t know, as I’ve always asked the cleaners to put that on there, for some dumb reason.
