Can we all concur that this system sucks a$$?

Very steep learning curve, and I'm a computer guy. The web based version was much more intuitive than the iPad app. Several issues with the iPad app, including, no where does it say that you need to use the SSO link under the account sign in info. You have to go to the help section on line to figure that out. And then, what the SSO code is.
If you have issues, like I did, PDR your problems. I did. There are a couple of easy things UAL could do to make the iPad app much more user friendly. I hope they do. I can see that after the 1st time, it should be relatively harmless, but the roll out is considerably short of info.

I just went and tried to check my payment. I thought the app would keep track and show all my old expense reports?
As of a few minutes ago, my expense report filed yesterday has vaporized. There is no record that I can find that I ever submitted an expense. Interesting.
However, I went to my company e-mail, which I never use, to check on the status, and I got an email at 0347 this morning saying that my report has been approved and is being sent to pay. Anyone else have this issue? Reports disappearing?
Also, all the help files have changed since yesterday. So maybe there is some positive change taking place. Video tutorial, and extensive help files are now there that weren't yesterday. At least on the web version. I didn't check the iPad app--which is where the majority or my issues happened.

I used the app yesterday to file a claim for WiFi. In the past, the claims are always denied if you don’t include a snapshot of your Trip ID. So I attached a snapshot of the ID but the system assumed it’s a receipt that needs a dollar value attached to it. I input a penny on that “receipt” and subtracted a penny from the WiFi receipt and it seemed to work okay.
Claim was approved in 24 hours. Overall, the system seems a bit more cumbersome but I assume that is just because it’s new to me. I’m sure a few more rounds and the system will be just fine.

I used the system yesterday...
Hit report+, then expense, chose a category, a date, a city, attached a photo with the iPad camera....hit submit and got approved/paid the same day.
Maybe I just got lucky...

Was just talking about this last night. It’s horrible! The guy I was flying didn’t seem to think so! It took forever to figure out how to load more than one image....the app and web based one. I filled out that survey about it...hopefully they listen to our complaints.

Close the web browser, and open the app. Worked, but I did have to do it a couple of times, like you say, I was confused.
I also rebooted, windows trick on apple? And it seemed to work after that.
