Funny, this guy doesn't know how to spell "clearly".
Hilarious, I just posted the rate of change.
At this rate, we net an extra 440 ASMs for the year. Maybe at the end of the 4th quarter it doubles, that's ambitious though. Since we're already roughly net 18,000 ASMs less than DL, even if our ASMs doubled for mainline for this year, it would take 2 decades at this rate to catch up with their capacity.
Sorry if I like to compete and you guys are satisfied with DLs scraps... I'd actually like to start closing the gap on DLs profit sharing vs UALs.
It's something I can't control and I'm not stressed about it. I just think it sux that DL has had a significant expansion over the past 5 years while we have sat back on the sidelines.
You guys are probably the same guys that ***** that "Our UPA sux because we don't get as much profit sharing at your friend at DL". More than likely you're old as balls and you just don't want UAL to take on any risk in the next 10 years because you'll be retired by then.
You've been burned before and you'd rather just "ride it out". I get that because y'all have been screwed so many times before you have to wear Depends.
I just have a difference in opinion and would rather see us really grow, because right now DL management looks at United and laughs.

The douchebags are out in full force tonight.
Funny how when there is no arguments and I post the legit data, people revert to criticizing Academy grads and insults.
I’m arguing with myself, except for the 4-5 posters that said we had significant growth...
I can play that game too.
Good on you fellas...
How are the first 3 wives doing?

That said, do you have any thoughts on why you insist on yelling at pilots for management's apparent inaction?

United is not kicking ass and taking names. We clearly are not, so stop pretending like we are. United is doing OK. We're clearly at least "stable" at the moment.
You guys are hilarious. I love the "I know you are, but what am I" arguments... Funny how the arguments stopped against me when I found the data that directly refutes what others are saying on here. We are no where near close to growing the way DL has, and we are nowhere near as big as AA either.
I'm done posting on here for now. It's been amusing, but I'll just leave this here...

The irony. A poster who corrects someone else's spelling error makes a spelling error a couple of posts later. Yes, good time to exit.

People are simply acknowledging the improvement at United that you are dismissing.
You've posted all kinds of erroneous data and people corrected you. Then you changed your argument with yourself. Interesting considering your own stats.UA has over 1,000 more pilots than YE2011 and nearly 700 pilots will join our ranks in 2018. 65 more mainline aircraft of which there is a net 33 more in the top pay band since YE 2011.
