Has anyone on here been to the NGPA, OBAP or other events? I’m just wondering if, after waiting in the 2 hour line, we can expect something similar to a CP Meet and Greet. Tell me about yourself & why United?

It will likely be a much shorter version. Quick introduction, they’ll look at your resume, and that’s about it.

Is a CP M&G the key to getting an interview? Anyone getting offers from just having an old school AirlineApps submission?

It is an almost guaranteed way to get called for the interview

Many more people get offers that have not done a CP meet and greet. That said, if you can score one you’ll likely get a hogan invitation.

What is the process for ewr? I have looked in the base guide and on the base website and it doesn’t have anything. Some of the bases have it in the base guide. Feel free to PM me or just point me where to look. Thanks

I would just call the CPO and ask. The last time we got an e-mail or CCS message about it was a few years ago.

Got a text from my sponsor last night with an email saying he heard back from LAX CPO to select top 6 dates for chief pilot meet and greet. (Filled on first come first serve).

Anyone have experience with the LAX chief? I assume its like most other chief pilot meet and greets: wear business casual, its a conversation and be ready for "Why United?". Any other thoughts greatly appreciated!
