If you are referring to your pre-tax 401k contributions it includes that, so you aren’t being punished for contributing to your own 401k. Its just what you earned as an employee, not counting profit sharing, regardless of your 401k contributions.

Usually a couple days after earnings announcement.

2019 Profit Sharing is posted under the 2018 link in Flying Together>Employee Services>compensation incentives>your 2018 profit sharing.

In the past, the company has their quarterly investor meeting (later today) and a day later they announce every work group's profit sharing percentages and a link to your specific amount based on that percentage.

The post above references information on 2018 profit sharing, NOT 2019.
