And like I told you on the Delta thread where you seem to almost support this resolution: changing or eliminating the retirement age will make the shortage worse because career expectations go to ****. It's bad for everybody. |
A few of my Delta buds say this push is coming from the former NWA side of the house. However I don't know the culture there to know why that is.

I recall reading on here (I think it was from Andy or John Carr) that only about 3% of the pilots retired at age 60 once it was raised to 65.
If it got extended to 67, what percentage would still hang it up at 65? |
