As mentioned, some options like what SWA, Alaska or Hawaiian had for months to years off with partial pay would have been great. How much is a partial month COLA going to pay? 40-50 hours of credit assuming one work double 4 day trips?

Sorry if this has been covered. But for the multi month empty line option, if I choose this while there are guys on furlough, would it still be bad form to pick up trips?

Sweet! I can’t wait to tell my buddies at Hawaiian and Alaska that I might be able to work half the month to get paid less than they are while they are doing nothing, but only if the company decides to do more than 100 spots. :eek:

this is about saving jobs not getting you paid.

I see this as a win on many fronts. Is it perfect... No, but it puts an “x” in a lot of boxes. Very creative, especially with the paid move. Biggest downside is that only 1100 are eligible.

Well, it’s better than nothing. If they’d make it age 57, I’m out of here........ Alas, the company has to agree to the plan and this is what was hammered out.
