I'm not in the targeted age demographic. (Not saying I wish I was that age, however, if I was id take it. and if they lowered it i'd take it)
I would've like to seen option for 12-18 month paid cola regardless of age like some other airline offered.
But I understand what both sides goals were and Its solid over all.

Hopefully a metric shinola-ton of guys senior to me will take it and alleviate some of the BS that will result from this upheaval and displacement. (Because it is all about me.

And hopefully it will help on the bottom end as well, because this is no time to lose your job.
