Kudos to your answer, all of us have paid our dues in last 20+ years united and Alpa hired aggressively and we know Alpa loves bodies on the property so they can collect more money, I am all in for helping junior pilots but we all know its a gamble when we get hired by airlines, I can not believe united management is so cheap as not to offer what delta and southwest offered for early retirement, this would have prevented furloughs for sure and at age of 58 i would have seriously considered the early out so now they are throwing pilots against pilots, United management should take lessons of Delta and Southwest.

Respectfully, the plight of pilots at other airlines should not concern UA pilots when determining the merits of this AIP. Were you here when they were all writing to Congress urging them to deny U a loan after 9-11?

This is about our future, not theirs.

It is only not 4200 for the initial division. Every quarter starting Q1 2021 it will be adjusted and the middle group must have at least 4200 pilots.

this is correct and I gurantee there are ALOT of pilots miss reading or NOT reading this paragraph. It’s a big one that swings numbers by several thousand dollars in the positive.

FALSE.
Junior narrowbody captains that might be furloughed (A small group) will get $270x35 which is $9380. Middle group Narrowbody FO's at 52 hours and $193 an hour will still make $10036.
Please actually research and do the math before posting false claims like this.

Weird times for sure for when people are completely apathetic to thousands of co-workers losing their jobs.
