Were you actually expecting 50hrs to sit home and do nothing while some people make 35hrs to actually work?

If the company is offering them, what's the big deal?

You mean people that would be otherwise unemployed? Seems fair enough.

Offering an ESRL that pays 75% of 35hrs just might indicate GROSS overstaffing.

not that’s it any of your business but I have taken the ESRL every month it has been offered at 50 hours even with vacation thus really F’n my pay up just so someone that should have been furloughed or on 35 hrs might have a chance to have a month over guarantee.

those days are over though it seems. F it!

oh and don’t forget I didn’t get paid at all for Oct for the mmsrl!

If payroll support 3 passes which I’d be shocked if it doesn’t at this point, the SRL’s go to 50. Might be worth the gamble.

Looks like any thankfulness for the pilot group's benevolence is wearing off rapidly.

We are grossly over staffed!!! Duh... Otherwise we would all be making our normal MPG and the LOA would either not exist or be terminated.

I’m not sure where you stand in system seniority, but if you’re in the bottom 5000ish, you’d probably be unemployed. If you’re above that line, then you might be commuting to a narrow body FO position on reserve.
