For our airline they notify you that you have completed phase 2 and that means you are “hired” and awaiting training. I’ve been here 10 years and still haven’t gotten my phase 2 notification. What’s under a new hire?

Seems like we always had one or two that had been around for years but you would have thought they were new ... not knowing the difference between their arse and a hole in the ground ...

This is great news with the hiring and things picking up ... wishing all of you the best.

So Huggy inquiring about HIS money that was allocated for charity but unused is panicked?

Right? If any of these guys were to donate $50 bucks to charity and learned it wasn’t needed, how fast would they be on the phone to get their money back? Don’t give someone crap because they want their money back that is now not being used.

Would it have helped if I put the "LOL" or laughing emoji at the end of my post? Take your Prozac.
Just having a little fun with the irony of the situation. At least I generated a few replies... and two of them were "consistent with past performance".

When the first fund was assessed, I ended up getting my ALPA account suspended... including loss of voting rights... because I didn't have it set up to automatically take my money. Completely my fault, but a misunderstanding on my part. Spoke to ALPA on the phone, did the drill. They wouldn't let me give them a credit card over the phone. I HAD to snail mail a check to them. Somewhat antiquated, but there you have it.

So yes... they have put out an email saying it will be addressed. However, the "urgency" to return membership money isn't quite there as compared to when I was tardy in giving to ALPA. I have no doubt the money will be returned, and that I will only suffer slightly at the ~$300 deficit that I must endure until it is.

There are two online assessments. One if I remember is to see if you’ll fit into the culture (asks situation questions specific to work) and the other is the Hogan.
