Saw this on on a meme which pretty much hits the nail on the head
“In 1 year we’ve gone from vax will end COVID to you can still get covid if vaxd to you can still transmit covid if vaxd to you can still die from covid if vaxd to the unvaxd are killing the vaxd”.
This isn’t an issue about curing a pandemic (which will be around for our lives and our kids kids lives). It is about the fact once you relinquish freedoms to the government, they NEVER give them back. I know we’re all pilots and therefore by nature of the job travel a lot, but maybe some of you should read a book on a DH or go out and actual experience a culture of a 3rd world country that wasn’t always in poverty and learn about how they got there….scary ****** happening right now and way to many people are on board with it because they look through life through their own soda straws. I’ve spent most my adult years fighting for the freedoms everyone is giving up without question. Hope everyone loves their monthly gov stipend…

True vaccinated people can transmit the Delta variant, but the transmission rate decreases exponentially in the vaccinated. I’m sure your thoughts will be taken into consideration.

Union comms for the fatalities. We have about 13,000 pilots, I generously rounded up to get 1,500. The rest is very simple math.
My family really enjoyed our trip to continental Europe this summer, Polaris Class round trip. The big sights were not very crowded and all we had to do to get in was pull out our vaccine cards. Knock yourself out.

What your saying makes no sense. If you get vaccinated and contract COVID you go on sick leave. When you feel better you go back to work. If you don’t get vaccinated you get fired. Where in the policy does it mention what happens if you get sick other than a very lenient policy to keep people from coming to work sick? Somehow firing someone for HIV is the same?
Why are you supporting mandating the jab for pilots?
