I’m not sure what fleet aiming is, but I went from 756 to A320 last year due to COVID displacement. It was three days of CBT, then right into the FTD’s. I went to TK to do the CBT’s because I had been out of work for so long and I felt it would get me back in the work mindset, so it worked well for me. But you can (and most do) the CBT’s at home to spend less time in Denver.

You’ll get an email that you have been enrolled in fleet CBT’s when you get assigned a training class. This will be about 6 weeks give or take before your class date. Once you get them assigned you can do them (except for the systems test which will show assigned but can’t be done until the end of the systems training your first week at TK). So you don’t have to go to TK until the day the Fleet Welcome class is scheduled. That will typically also lead right into the first day of systems and FTDA1 with the FTI’s.
