Should probably have block reps instead of CA/FO Reps. I'm sure it would require a change to the constitution or by-laws but something to consider going forward. It would clear out some of the super senior people who are F/O Reps and have people more representative of the pilot group.

I'm Gen X and remember when we were going to destroy society. I was laughing my A$$ off at a recent article describing how Millennials are "bewildered" by Gen Z in the workplace. Obviously, there are always large generalities and assumptions in these discussions, but it was still hilarious hearing Millennials are starting to reach the "young people and their long hair and loud music" stage of life. Time marches on, I guess. 🤣

Yes this is correct 😂. Not only the disconnect with gen Z, but I can't even yell at kids in the neighborhood to get off my lawn because nobody plays outside anymore! So I just murmur to myself on my porch while I drink my coffee and read the news on my phone. Who knew..
