I think SK is going to have to open his checkbook. All the American WOs offering $100,000 bonuses and now ARW comes out offering $150,000. Retro is going to be a make or break item in the next TA IMO.

been saying this since before ta1 came out. It’s gonna be expensive, it’s gonna make some board members and SK mad, it’s gonna be waaaaay more than they originally allocated to the upa. Don’t care. Industry leading contrast first, or there will be no United next.

I read somewhere on here somebody did the math and there was only a net gain of narrow body captains of less than 20 system-wide.

You should definitely start an organized movement to prevent upgrades as a bargaining strategy. Don’t get a lawyer, either- I’m sure it’ll be fine…

If we did anything even close to what you’re advocating we’d get slapped with court orders so fast, and the company would have us bent over so hard you’d be begging for TA1, no lube.

Yeah it’s pretty good. United is gonna be hard put to make make ours “industry leading”.

And then Delta will get a plus one% to anything United pays. So there’s that.
