Next phase Informational Picket 1. All the TUMI TA heartaches will be gone. 2. They’ll throw in a few - but MINOR - work rule improvements. 3. Pay raise of 15/4/4 4. Sick leave will either be 7 hours/month or untouched. 5. Vacation/training pay 5 hours beginning sometime next year. I’ll be selling lottery predictions tomorrow. |

As far as pay rates go, the elephant in the room is that we would’ve been at 14% above current book in May of next year.
So, to me it seems that the devil is in the details. Are we going to have a 20% DOS that goes 1+ years retro, or more likely will they say that 2021 and 22 were each 5% raise and 2023 is 10% (including the LoA raise). I think the company is going to go for sticker shock, that will be underwhelming upon further inspection. I don’t know if flight ops management is correctly portraying line-pilot sentiment to Toby, SK, et al. |
