Reserve sucks massively…unlimited SC conversions and the only major with hot reserve/FSB. LTD sucks. Vacation value sucks Sick accrual sucks. PRAP overages need to be in the paycheck. It’s not gonna be quick unfortunately so getting released now when our (ALPA) house isn’t in order seems premature. |
Anyone know what the proposed reserve improvements were in the shot-down ta? I’m just an interview-ee and curious if reserve is getting a makeover anytime soon.

The company updates talk about the new “improvements”, but it’s just undoing the bad changes from the Tumi TA, which put us right back where we currently are. There have been emails from the new Union reps addressing this very thing, though. They’re aware it’s just moving the goalposts back where they were originally. I still can’t vote, but I was quite happy with all the union rep recalls. That TA1 was bad. |

You might want to might want to uncross those every now as my guess is that it will be a while I would guess. With just off probation PIs and LCAs coming online with 3 years on property, the company is doing just fine under the current book. I just don't see them needing to do anything but what they are at the moment when they are getting all they need willingly from the group.
